SSC JE Exam Centre 2020-21: Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC JE exam in various cities across various states in India. The SSC allot centers on the first-come-first-serve basis. You should choose your JE Exam Centre carefully because there is no way to change the exam center. Although SSC has recently opened a link for change in the exam center because of some internal reasons it will be available for always.
Staff Selection Commission has released notification of the Junior Engineer (JE) Exam on 1 October 2020. The SSC JE exam is scheduled to be conducted from 20 to 25 March 2021. SSC will conduct the JE Exam for the recruitment of Junior Engineers Group- B (Non-Gazetted) posts. SSC JE exam centers will be across different cities regions wise. SSC JE Exam Centres Guidelines 2020-21:
Candidate must aware of the guidelines given by The Staff Selection Commission before applying for the SSC JE Exam. Here are a few guidelines:
- Candidate needs to choose the SSC JE exam center of their choice.
- A candidate may give option for three SSC JE Exam centers, in the order of priority, within the same region.
- There will be no change in the SSC JE Exam center after submitting the form.
- Candidates have to submit the application to only to their respective Regional or Sub-regional Office of the SSC under whose jurisdiction that the selected SSC JE center in which they fall.
- Applications received in another Regional or Sub-regional Office of the commission will be rejected.
- Only candidates serving in armed forces are allowed for a change in the SSC JE Exam center if they are posted due to operational reasons. This must be supported by valid proof.
- SSC reserves the right to cancel any examination center chosen by you and ask you to appear in another center.
- Staff Selection Commission also reserves the right to divert candidates of any center to some other Centre to take the examination.
