Staff Selection Commission has released notification of the Junior Engineer (JE) Exam on 1 October 2020. The SSC JE exam is scheduled to be conducted from 20 to 25 March 2021. SSC will conduct the JE Exam for the recruitment of Junior Engineers Group- B (Non-Gazetted) posts. SSC JE exam centers will be across different cities regions wise. SSC JE Exam Centres Guidelines 2020-21:
Candidate must aware of the guidelines given by The Staff Selection Commission before applying for the SSC JE Exam. Here are a few guidelines:
- Candidate needs to choose the SSC JE exam center of their choice.
- A candidate may give option for three SSC JE Exam centers, in the order of priority, within the same region.
- There will be no change in the SSC JE Exam center after submitting the form.
- Candidates have to submit the application to only to their respective Regional or Sub-regional Office of the SSC under whose jurisdiction that the selected SSC JE center in which they fall.
- Applications received in another Regional or Sub-regional Office of the commission will be rejected.
- Only candidates serving in armed forces are allowed for a change in the SSC JE Exam center if they are posted due to operational reasons. This must be supported by valid proof.
- SSC reserves the right to cancel any examination center chosen by you and ask you to appear in another center.
- Staff Selection Commission also reserves the right to divert candidates of any center to some other Centre to take the examination.
