ESIC Assistant Professor 2021 Selection Process:
a) Selection will be made on basis of interview of candidates which will be conducted by the duly constituted selection board
b) 50% of the total marks would be considered as the criteria for eligibility for selection
c) Selected candidates will have to report to this office for verification of original certificates immediately after receiving the Provisional Offer of Appointment.
d) The final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview.
e) Offer of appointment will be provisional subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining, Waiting list will be prepared and will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of release of the result.
ESIC Assistant Professor 2021: Terms of Contract
a) Selected candidates shall be appointed purely on a contractual basis for the maximum period of one year/three years as mentioned against vacancy above or till the joining of regular faculty whichever is earlier.
b) Wherever the contract period is for 3 years’ duration, the appointment will be initially for one (01) year and extendable up to 3 years depending on satisfactory performance.
c) The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued on either side after giving one-month prior notice to this effect without assigning any reason.
d) Other terms and conditions will be applicable as issued by the competent authority from time to time.
e) In a One-year contract, absence for a period beyond 15 days will be treated as an abandonment of duty and the contract will be terminated without any reason and the security deposit will be forfeited.
ESIC Assistant Professor Salary 2021:
Candidates appointed on a contractual basis will be paid Consolidated Pay as per 7th CPC. The selected candidates will get the sum of Rs. 92,000/- per month.
In addition to the above, no other allowances like D.A, N.P.A, HRA, etc. would be payable.
No Private Practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.
ESIC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2021: Caution Deposit
a) He/ She will be required to deposit a Security Deposit of 92,000/- for the post mentioned through Demand Draft in favor of ESI Corporation payable at Kalaburagi at the time of joining which is refundable after completion of the contract period and production of “No Dues Certificate”
b) The Caution Deposit will be appropriated towards the ESI Fund in case the appointed candidate terminates his contract within six (06) months of the date of reporting towards Administrative cost.

How to apply for ESIC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2021?
a) Candidate can walk-in and register for interview from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 19.03.2021. No candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM.
b) Application form is enclosed with the advertisement.
c) All eligible candidates should apply in the application format enclosed with the advertisement.
d) Candidates should produce all the original documents in respect of all the parameters filled in the form during scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview.
e) Candidates are requested to report by 9 AM at the venue on scheduled dates.
f) Please bring all following relevant Original certificates and their self-attested photocopies (1 set), 2 copies of passport size photographs, and the relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of reservation to the reserved candidates, failing which they will not be allowed for interview.
