1). Exude (verb) – पसीजना

Definition: A strong display of emotion or quality by a person; to ooze out

Synonyms: give off/out, discharge, release, send out, send forth, emit, issue, emanate

Antonyms: Absorb, take-up, use, consume, conceal, fill, hold, load

Usage: The flowers exuded a sweet fragrance.

 

2). Converge (verb) – अभिसरण

Definition: tend to meet at a point.

Synonyms: meet, intersect, cross, come together, connect, link up, coincide

Antonyms: Separate, diverge, disagree, disconnect, disjoin, divide, part, separate

Usage: Economic forces converged to bring the country out of a recession.

 

3). Capricious (adjective) – मनमौजी

Definition: Governed or characterized by impulsiveness

Synonyms: fickle, inconstant, changeable, variable, unstable, mercurial, volatile, erratic, vacillating,

Antonyms: stable, consistent, reliable, constant

Usage: They are employees who are at the mercy of a capricious manager

 

4). Deficit (noun) – घाटा

Definition: a falling short of an essential or desirable amount or number

Synonyms: shortfall, deficiency, shortage, undersupply, slippage

Antonyms: abundance, adequacy, amplitude, opulence, plenitude, plenty, sufficiency, wealth

Usage: The team overcame a four-point deficit to win the game.

 

5). Bilateral (adjective) — द्विपक्षीय

Definition: having two sides

Synonyms: symmetrical, mutual, reciprocal, two-sided

Antonyms: asymmetrical, direct, nonreversible, colourless

Usage: They have been negotiating a bilateral trade deal.

 

6). Consensual (adjective) – सह संवेदी

Definition: based on mutual consent.

Synonyms: accepted, agreed, consistent, solid, unified, united, universal

Antonyms: scorned, unaccepted, avoided, disfavored, rejected

Usage: They came to a consensual agreement that both dogs must not be allowed outside without a leash.

 

7). Categorical (adjective) – स्पष्ट

Definition: involving, according with, or considered with respect to specific categories

Synonyms: unconditional, unequivocal, unreserved, absolute, explicit, unambiguous,

Antonyms: vague, uncategorical, inexact, equivocal, conditional

Usage: He issued a categorical denial about his involvement in the deal.

 

8). Venture (verb) – प्रवेश करना

Definition: to proceed especially in the face of danger, a risky undertaking

Synonyms: adventure, chance, enterprise, flier (also flyer), gamble, speculation, throw

Antonyms: sure thing, regular, not risky, safe

Usage: The company is venturing into the computer software industry.

 

9). Gamut (noun) – पूरी श्रुंखला

Definition: an entire range or series

Synonyms: range, scale, spectrum, spread, stretch

Antonyms: singular, one, constant

Usage: She experienced the full gamut of human emotions at her wedding.

 

10). Retrograde (adjective) – प्रतिकृति

Definition: moving, occurring, or performed in a backward direction

Synonyms: backward, rearward, rewind, not progressing

Antonyms: progressing, moving forward, evolving, growing

Usage: This will be a retrograde policy that would leave more people poorer than they are now
