Educational Qualification:

For Fishery Development Officer:

• The Minimum of Educational qualification for fishery development officer post will be B.F.Sc Degree from any College/University recognized by the I.C.A.R or D.F.Sc or Master of Science (Fisheries) from C.I.F.E. Mumbai or any other Institute of the I.C.A.R.

Medical Inspector:

• The applicant should passed Degree or Diploma equivalent to a Degree of a recognized University in any branch of Medicine.

Veterinary Officer/ Block Veterinary Officer:

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor degree in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science from any recognized University.

Director:

• Any Graduation and Any Post Graduation from recognized university/ Board.

Lecturer:

• The post for lecturer should have Any Graduate, Diploma, M.E/M.Tech from recognized university/ Board.

Age:

For Fishery Development Officer:

•  21 years to 43 years as on 01^st Jan 2018

Medical Inspector:

• Candidates must not be below 23 (twenty three) years and above 43 (forty three) years on 01/01/2018. ST/SC candidates find the age relaxation on official notification.

Veterinary Officer/ Block Veterinary Officer

• A candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 43 years of age as on 01^st jan 2018 as laid down in Govt.

Director:

• Not less than 35 years or more than 45 years as on 01^st Jan 2018.

Lecturer:

• Minimum 21(twenty one) years and Maximum 43 (forty three)  years as on 1st January 2018 as per Govt.

Pay Scale:

Fishery Development Officer:

•  Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/- plus other allowances as admissible under Rules for the candidates who selected under fishery development officer for APSC recruitment 2018.

Medical Inspector:

• Candidate will get Pay Band-4, Rs. 30,000-1,10,000/- (Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700/-)

Veterinary Officer/ Block Veterinary Officer:

• After enrollment on post the candidate will get PB-4 Rs. 30000-110000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 12700/-

Director:

• Rs.30,000-1,10,000/- plus Grade pay of Rs.16900/- of PB 4 plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of  Govt. of Assam.

Lecturer:

• After engagement on post APSC recruitment the candidate will get (PB-4) Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- GP-12,700/-

Application Fee:

• For General Candidate : Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty) only.
• For SC/ST : Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty) only.

Selection Process:

Commission may short-list the number of candidates either on the basis of their marks obtained in the qualifying academic examination required for the post in terms of advertisement.
