BIS Exam 2020 Date Postponed: The Bureau of Indian Standards has released a notice regarding the BIS Exam 2020 Date Postponement for the Post of Technical Assistant (Lab) and Senior Technician. BIS Exam 2020 Postponed

1. With reference of the Advertisement No.1/2020/Estt. Dated 14 February 2020 Corrigendum dated 4 March 2020 issued for recruitment to the post of Technical Assistant (Lab) and Senior Technician in the Bureau of Indian Standards. The on-line registration of the applications has already been closed
2. The tentative date for Issue of Admit Card for on-line exam and Tentative Date for On-line Examination was indicated in the said Advertisement.
3. In this connection, all the candidates, who have successfully applied through on-line registration for direct recruitment to the said posts, are hereby Informed that:
   • “Keeping in view the crisis of Corona virus (Covid-19) and also the public health safety connected therewith, the on-line examination for direct recruitment to the post of Technical Assistant (Lab) and Senior Technician, stands postponed”
4. The date, schedule, details of exam center, etc. shall be intimated to the candidates at the appropriate time. The Admit Cards shall also be issued accordingly in due course
