Educational Qualification (Manager):

Name of the Post Number of Post Educational/Essential Qualification
Superintending Engineer(Civil) 04
  • Executive Engineer(Civil) possessing full-time Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university in the level 11 in Pay matrix in any of the Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Organization/equivalent cadres of the government of NCT of Delhi with 5 years of regular service.

Desirable:

  • Attend a workshop or short-term course on contract law, e-governance buildings by law.
Chief Manager 03
  • Divisional Manager or equivalent with minimum 05 years of regular service in the level 11 in any of the Central/state/PSUs/Autonomous Organization.

Desirable Qualification:

  • MBA/MA (Economics)/MCA from a recognized university.
Senior Manager 10
  • Manager or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the level of 8 matrix of any Central/state/PSUs/Autonomous Organization.

Desirable:

  • MBA/MA (Economics)/MCA from a recognized university.
Manager 20
  • Assistant Grade – I or equivalent with minimum of 6 years experience in the level 6 pay matrix in any of the Central/State/PSUs/Automous Organizations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
  • 3 years in supervisory capacity in any Government Department/Government undertakings/Govt Autonomous/Statutory bodies in the level 6.
Educational Qualification for DSIIDC Recruitment 2018 (Assistant Level)
Assistant Grade – I 20
  • Assistant Grade-II with regular service of 10 years in level 4 in any of the  Central/State/PSUs/Automous Organizations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in use of computer operation.
Assistant Grade – II 30
  • Senior Secondary from any board/institute with 50% marks and having 6 months course certificate in computer application from the government recognized university.

(or)

  • Bachelors Degree with minimum of 40% from a recognized university.
