- All candidates must make sure that they meet the minimum eligibility criteria for each post before applying. Only eligible candidates should attend the walk in interview.
- Candidates should bring these following documents:
- Two sets of the application form enclosed with this notification. It should be printed on A4 size paper and properly filled up and submitted on the day of interview.
- Two copies of recent self-attested color passport size photograph.
- Two sets of self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of:
- Age Proof (Date of Birth)
- Category (SC & ST), Category OBC in updated Government of India Format, Sub-category.
- Educational Qualifications: (Graduate, Post Graduate, & any other). MCI recognized teaching experience issued by the Head of the Institute or Head of the Department.
- Research Publications in Indexed Journals.
- Pension Payment Order (PPO), in case of retired employees from Govt. organizations.
- If any candidate wants to appear for more than one post, he/she must have separate application forms, documents and testimonials, photographs, and separate demand draft fees for each post applied for.
- Every candidate should make a Demand Draft of Rs. 225/- in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. I’.
- Demand draft is drawn after 11October 2018 on any scheduled bank payable at ‘Kolkata’ must be submitted along with the Application Form.
- Please make sure that after paying fees, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Employee’s State Insurance Corporation Scheme (ESIC) was brought into existence in the year 1952 by the Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It is a self-financing social-security and health insurance scheme. This scheme provides multi-dimensional Social Security System for the workers of independent India.
