IBPS PO Training Period 2023: The Process After Provisional Allotment
Let us see about the process which is carried out after the selection process. After the provisional allotment, the individual banks will take over after the Provisional allotment. They will send emails to the candidates who are selected for their banks by collecting personal details and residential details given by the candidates in the application form. The banks will send details like the date of reporting for training, Verification certificates mentioned in the offer letter, etc. through their official website. Some banks require medical or fitness certificates which the candidate should bring at the time of joining.
IBPS PO Training Period 2023: IBPS PO Joining Process
After the IBPS PO selection process, the IBPS PO joining process or Ibps PO Training period 2023 is based on the individual banks. The banks may call the candidates for training in two weeks or maybe a month time or it may take 6 month time. They can be appointed in of their branches or in their Corporate office, head Office wherever required. The decision is completely decided by the individual bank management. According to the placement policy of certain banks, they may be put in specialized branches such as microstate branches, treasury Branches, etc.
IBPS PO Training Process:
Candidates must complete a two-year probationary period after receiving their final provisional appointment as Probationary Officers. The majority of the banks conduct a 10-15 days long training process known as induction training which takes place at the banks’ own training Centres, zonal offices, or head offices for IBPS PO for the selected candidates. Hostels or stay facilities are provided by the banks during this period. The training classes are usually held for 5-6 hours daily wherein candidates are trained in the bank’s processes and normal banking procedures.
After the successful completion of the bank training, a candidate can actually start working in the bank. Candidates are eventually hired by the bank as Probationary Officers/Specialist Officers (JMG Scale-I) and assigned to branches across India after successfully completing the course.
