This time the board has announced a total of 01 vacancy for the post of Chief Financial Officer.
Qualification: A qualified Chartered Accountant
Age Limit: Maximum – 50 years
Experience: 15 years in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in banks/large corporates/PSUs/ FIs/Financial Services Organisations, of which 10 years should be in Banks/FIs (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management level).
The selection process is based on

(ii) Interview
The selection will be through interview and interaction on the basis of eligibility, experience, qualification, and performance (subject to duly fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria).
The engagement will be purely contractual in nature for a period of 3 years (with a renewable clause). The contract will be subject to the satisfactory completion of background verification of the candidate. The selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis and posted to Treasury & Accounts Department, Head Office, Mangaluru, or any other place as desired by the Bank.
The pay compensation, other terms & conditions will be negotiated/finalized depending upon the candidate’s suitability & experience. Market linked remuneration with Fixed and Variable Components (Performance Linked).
