The board has announced a total of 1 vacancy for the post of Executive/Trainee.
Age Limit:
Age not exceeding 25 years as on 01-08-2021, (maximum relaxation for 5 years will be considered with commensurate relevant experience).
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate preferably B Com (necessarily preceded by SSLC (or equivalent) and HSC/ Diploma) with a minimum of 50% marks from a UGC recognized University. Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
Essential Qualification:
Overall branch operations including business sourcing, recovery, and mainly for external work.
1. Participation in external work like marketing of Company products, verification of customer KYC & other documents, coordination with panel advocates/valuers, an inspection of properties, visiting sub-registrar’s office, banks, etc.
2. Nature of work will include marketing/recovery activities, which mainly involve extensive travel on daily basis.
3. All recovery operations under the guidance of the concerned Reporting Officer/ Recovery Department of RHFL Corporate Office.
4. To monitor collections and manage effectively the receivables and achieve the targets set for recovery / NPA.
5. Timely achievements of Recovery targets and prompt reporting to the dealing official.
6. To ensure prompt and best client service.
a) Executive (on roll)
CTC Per annum starting from Rs.3.72 lakhs (approx) as per Company Policy, a higher salary can be considered based on prior experience/performance in the recruitment process at the discretion of the Management.
PROBATION: 1 year (extendable based on performance)
b) Trainee (off roll)
Starting fixed stipend would be Rs. 9500 per month (variable based on location and previous experience) plus Meal allowance and performance incentive (variable, based on performance). The period of Training will be one year (extendable based on performance).

i) Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. Committee constituted by the bank will decide the parameters for selection and thereafter adequate number of candidates as decided by the bank will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. Selection will be made on the
basis of performance in the process. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
ii) The selected candidates will be posted at the Head office or any branch of the bank.
iv) The date for the selection process will be communicated to the candidates through call letters. The Bank however reserves the right to cancel or make any changes in the date, if the need arises.
