Similarly, the SSC has released the official notification of the SSC CPO SI ASI 2020 -21 on 17th June 2020. This year the 1,564 vacancies for the post of Sub-Inspector(SI) & Assistant Sub-Inspector(ASI) posts throughout India. The SSC CPO Paper-I Exam 2020 was scheduled from September 29 to October 05, 2020. However, the exam dates are postponed due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. So it has been rescheduled from November 23, 2020, to November 26, 2020. Then the SSC CPO Paper-II will be scheduled on 01 March 2021 tentatively.

Before Starts your SSC CPO Application Form process for various posts, candidates should satisfy all the SSC CPO eligibility norms including age, upper age limit, and educational qualification. All conditions are specially designed to choose deserving candidates who fit both physically and intellectually. If they are not meet the eligibility criteria their application may get rejected at a later stage. So, let’s look at the SSC CPO eligibility criteria for the various posts. The eligibility shall be measured by 3 parameters. They are
(i) Nationality
(ii) Age Limit
(iii) Educational Qualification
Note: a candidate belonging to 2nd category above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
As per the prescribed age criteria given in the official notification, candidates should possess
Minimum Age Limit – 20 years
Maximum Age Limit – 25 years
As per the prescribed educational qualification given in the official notification, candidates should possess
1. A candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
2. For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police (only) – Male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to undergo Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
Candidates who have satisfied the prescribed eligibility criteria shall start the process of filling the SSC CPO Online Application Form.
The process of filling SSC CPO online application form for the examination consists of two parts:
I. One Time Registration
II. Filling of online Application for the Examination
1. Please read the instructions given in the Notice of Examination carefully before filling up the online ‘Registration Form’ and „Application Form‟.
2. Before proceeding with One-Time Registration, keep the following information/ documents ready:
a. Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
b. Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
c. Aadhaar Number. If the Aadhaar Number is not available, please give one of the following ID Numbers.
i. Voter ID Card
ii. PAN
iii. Passport
iv. Driving License
v. School/ College ID
vi. Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)
d. Information about the Board, Roll Number and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th)
Examination.
e. Recent (i.e. not more than three-month-old) scanned colour passport size photograph in
JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). The image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). The photograph should be without a cap, spectacles and both ears should be visible. The date on which the photograph has been taken should be printed on the photograph. Applications with blurred photographs will be rejected.
f. Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB). Image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).
g. Disability Certificate Number, if you are a person with a benchmark disability.
3. For One-Time Registration, click on the „Register Now‟ link provided in the „Login‟ section on the official site.
4. One-Time Registration process requires filling up of the following information:
a. Basic details
b. Additional details and contact details
c. Uploading of the scanned image of passport size photograph and signature

Payment Mode:
Online: The SSC GD online application fee can be paid through BHIM, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
Offline: Payment can be made offline at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
