Staff Selection Commission has announced the notification in 2018 for the engagement of Constable General Duty(GD). the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. This recruitment drive is going to fill a total of 60,210 constable posts in the organization, out of which 50,699 male candidates and 9,511 female candidates. A huge number of aspirants have applied and appeared for the selection process. The selection process is based on the written exam, PET/PST & Medical Examination. Candidates who have qualified the written exam has been called for the physical test. The Board has conducted the Computer Based Mode exam from 11.02.2019 to 11.03.2019. Then the PET/PST was conducted from August 13 to September 23, 2019. The result for the same was announced on December 17, 2019.

Then after the medical examination was held from January 9th to February 13, 2020. A total of 1.75 lakh candidates have appeared for the medical exam.  Now the candidates are eagerly waiting for the SSC GD Constable Final Result 2021. According to the notice available on the Commission’s website, the final result for the SSC GD constable will be made available on 20th January 2021. The scores of the exam will be made available on the SSC’s official site.
