Criteria of Result formation of SSC GD Constable:

The GD Constable Result is formed by the following process.

• First, the Result of Computer Based Examination (CBE) is released.
• The Qualifying candidate goes for Physical Endurance Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST).
• The Candidate who qualifies the PST & PET goes for DME (Detailed Medical Examination). In DME, candidates are tested to ensure that they are medically fit to join as a Constable or Rifleman in Indian forces.
• After DME the document verification is done.
• The Merit is formed on the basis of the GD Constable CBE exam. PET, PST & DME are qualifying exams only.
• If two candidates have similar marks in the CBE exam. Then following norms are used to resolve that issue while forming the Merit List of SSC GD Constable.
• First, the candidate has higher marks in PET & PST ranked first.
• Then alphabetically they are arranged.
