1). Preeminence (Noun) – श्रेष्टता
Definition: the fact of surpassing all others; superiority.
Synonyms: superiority, supremacy, greatness, excellence, distinction, prominence, predominance, eminence, peerlessness
Antonyms: incapability, week, inferior.
Usage: the Edinburgh Festival maintains its pre-eminence because of the quality of its programming
2). Pervasive (Adjective) – व्यापक
Definition: (especially of an unwelcome influence or physical effect) spreading widely throughout an area or a group of people.
Synonyms: prevalent, penetrating, pervading, permeating, extensive, ubiquitous, omnipresent, present everywhere, rife
Antonyms: secrete, scare, rare, uncommon.
Usage: ageism is pervasive and entrenched in our society
3). Salvage (Verb) – उबार करना
Definition: rescue (a wrecked or disabled ship or its cargo) from loss at sea.
Synonyms: save, protect, recover, reclaim.
Antonyms: loss, endanger, harm, hurt.
Usage: an emerald and gold cross were salvaged from the wreck
4). Stringent (Adjective) – कड़ी से कड़ी
Definition: (of regulations, requirements, or conditions) strict, precise, and exacting.
Synonyms: strict, firm, rigid, rigorous, severe, harsh, tough, tight, exacting, demanding, inflexible, stiff
Antonyms: flexible, gentle, kind, facile.
Usage: stringent guidelines on air pollution
5). Alleged (Verb) – कथित तौर पर
Definition: said, without proof, to have taken place or to have a specified illegal or undesirable quality.
Synonyms: supposed, so-called, claimed, professed, purported, ostensible, apparent, putative
Antonyms: certain, sure, definite.
Usage: the alleged conspirators
6). Embezzlement (Noun) – ग़बन
Definition: theft or misappropriation of funds placed in one’s trust or belonging to one’s employer.
Synonyms: misappropriation, theft, stealing, robbing, robbery, thieving, pilfering
Antonyms: return, reimbursement.
Usage: charges of fraud and embezzlement
7). Dented (Verb) – कम होना
Definition: have an adverse effect on; diminish.

Definition: a long or tedious piece of admonition or reproof; a lecture.

Antonyms: commendation, pat on the back
Usage: he understood that if he said any more he would have to listen to another lengthy sermon
9). Appetite (Noun) – भूख
Definition: a strong desire or liking for something.
Synonyms: craving, longing, yearning, hankering, hunger, thirst, passion, relish
Antonyms: hate, dislike, antipathy.
Usage: her appetite for life
10). Paradigm (Noun) – मिसाल
Definition: a set of linguistic items that form mutually exclusive choices in particular syntactic roles.
Synonyms: pattern, type, order.
Antonyms: random, mingled
Usage: English determiners form a paradigm: we can say ‘a book’ or ‘his book’ but not ‘a his book
11). Ostensibly (Adverb) – प्रत्यक्ष तौर पर
Definition: as appears or is stated to be true, though not necessarily so; apparently.
Synonyms: apparently, seemingly, on the face of it, to all appearances, on the surface, to all intents and purposes
Antonyms: improper, unlike, obscurely.
Usage: the party secretary resigned, ostensibly from ill health
