Definition: a confident and forceful statement of fact or belief.
Synonyms:declaration, contention, statement, claim, submission, postulation, averment, opinion, proclamation, announcement, pronouncement, assurance

Definition: a natural liking for and understanding of someone or something

Definition: loud and harsh; grating
