01) Intercede (noun) –
Meaning: To plead on someone else’s behalf; Try to reach an agreement or compromise by discussion; To bring into harmony or accord
Synonyms: reconcile, reunite, conciliate, negotiate, bargain, confer, arbitrate, mediate, interpose, intervene, plead
Antonyms: leave, ignore, argue, contend, disagree
Usage: The living can appeal to them in their prayers, asking them to intercede on their behalf.
02) Famine (verb) –
Meaning: A shortage; The characteristic of being needy
Synonyms: neediness, destitution, want, scarcity, dearth. shortage
