1). Efficacy (Noun) – प्रभावकारिता, प्रभावोत्पादकता
Definition: the ability to produce a desired or intended result.
Synonyms: adequacy, ability, power, vigor.
Antonyms: inadequacy, failure, week.
Usage: there is little information on the efficacy of this treatment
2). Apocalypse (Noun) — कयामत
Definition: an event involving destruction or damage on a catastrophic scale.
Synonyms: damage, demolish, destroy
Antonyms: encourage, build up.
Usage: the apocalypse of World War II
3). Regime (Noun) — प्रणाली, व्यवस्था
Definition: a system or ordered way of doing things.
Synonyms: system, arrangement, scheme, code
Antonyms: combine, alter, change.
Usage: detention centres with a very tough physical regime
4). Gravamen (Noun) — नालिश
Definition: the essence or most serious part of a complaint or accusation.
Synonyms: important, predominant, essential.
Antonyms: unimportant, insignificant
Usage: a constitutional violation may comprise the gravamen of a plaintiff’s complaint
5). Vague (Adjective) — अस्पष्ट, अनिश्चितकालीन
Definition: of uncertain, indefinite, or unclear character or meaning.
Synonyms: indistinct, indefinite, indeterminate, unclear
Antonyms: clear, precise, firm, sharpness
Usage: many patients suffer vague symptom
6). Innuendo (Noun) — एक अलौकिक या तिरछी टिप्पणी या संकेत
Definition: an allusive or oblique remark or hint, typically a suggestive or disparaging one.

7). Interning (Verb) — नजरबंद कर देना
Definition: confine (someone) as a prisoner, especially for political or military reasons.

Definition: a minor wrongdoing.

9). Tarnish (Verb) — विघटित हो जाना
Definition: lose or cause to lose lustre, especially as a result of exposure to air or moisture.
Synonyms: become discoloured, discolour, stain, rust, oxidize, corrode, deteriorate
Antonyms: brighten, polish
Usage: silver tarnishes too easily
10). Heft (Verb) — उठाना या ले जाना (कुछ भारी)
Definition: lift or carry (something heavy).
