Tamil Nadu Medical Recruitment Board has recently announced and conducted the recruitment drive for the engagement of Nurse Post. In view of the exceptional circumstances and urgency on account of Corona Virus (COVID-19), an additional list comprising of 2570 candidates qualified in the Competitive Examination for the post of Nurses (vide Notification No.02/MRB/2019) has been sponsored to the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai in the order of merit and rotation for
appointment on contract basis for a period of 6 months only:
Verification of Educational Qualifications, Registration in Nursing Council, and Community details furnished in their online application will be done by the Head of Office concerned wherein the candidate reports for duty. The candidates who scored more than the above marks for the relevant category and prior in the date of birth vide Rule 6 (c) of the Rules of
procedures for MRB have been sponsored.
