ZSI 2020 Recruitment

Long Term Ecological Observatories (LTEO) by a consortium of organizations is a flagship project under Climate Change Action Programme of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. The project is led and coordinated by the Centre for Ecological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. Under this programme, select Arthropod taxa will be monitored as per the programme mandate in LTEO sites spread across bio geographic regions of India. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Project Fellows and Post Doctoral Fellow as per the advertisement. M.Sc. in Zoology/Life Sciences/Ecology /Wildlife Biology/Biodiversity with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University of and PhD degree in Arthropod Ecology/Taxonomy India and having 3 years of research/teaching experience (duration of PhD to be considered as research experience) University after M.Sc. with at least two (2) research papers in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journals
